Yes, you can practice tribe breathing everyday. Some people like to do it once a day, others twice a week.. There is no specific framework, just breath when you feel like it. During the program, we’ll explain you how to use each of them depending on your intention.



Yes it’s totally normal. As we like to say, breathing is a bit like going to the gym. If you are going to the gym for the first time, the day after you’ll have stiffness. But with time, your body will get used to it. Same with breathing ;). 



We don’t recommend our program if you’re pregnant, epileptic or if you’re more than 70 years old. Our breathings favorise vasoconstriction and vasodilatation of veins, which is really good for the circulatory system but can be incompatible with specfic diseases.
